In an effort to expand their unique gift offerings in their hotel gift shop, The Carolina Inn, UNC's on-campus hotel, reached out to me looking to create a unique logo and label packaging for locally made tea. She wanted to represent their existing quatrefoil, or primary logo icon, in a new way in the design of the tea logo. I tonkered around with the elements of the quatrefoil like a puzzle until I discovered a way to transform it into a teapot, while still showcasing the original icon. The result was a very cutesy logo with fun and feminine tea labels to match. The tea is currently sold in their gift shop.
